OUR FEES

When you retain a conveyancer to act for you in the purchase or sale of real property or for any other property settlement matters, you will be invoiced for
both professional fees (payment to the conveyancing firm for doing the work) and disbursements (fees charged by third parties and which are necessary to
complete the conveyancing transaction). 
 

We charge a low, fixed professional fee of $700 (Base Fee) for a sale price of up to $1,000,000. We charge an additional 10% for each additional $1,000,000
(or portion thereof) above $1,000,000. Strata Title properties will be charged an additional $70 for Sellers or $130 for Buyers. If additional work is required
you will be charged accordingly. 

These fees apply whether we act for a buyer or a seller of a house, vacant land, unit or strata title property. We only pass on the disbursements charged to us
by third party providers including Landgate, RevenueWA, PEXA and strata management companies. Call us for a quote to discover our low professional fees
